I installed a powered footbox vent kit from CobraEarl.  His directions were fantastic.  For heating, I used a Vintage Air compact heater.  I wanted the heater entirely behind the dash, so I separated the blower motor from the heater core.  I built a duct from aluminum to connect the blower to the core.
