Fuel System
I chose to use nylon fuel lines instead of bending the hardline that Factory Five supplies. Nylon lines are used in lots of new vehicles. Nylon can handle the pressure easily, and because its flexible, will give a little if hit by a rock. I bought the tubing and clamps from McMaster-Carr and the fittings from Speed & Assembly. I had to modify the fuel sender to work with the Autometer gauges I was using. I cutoff the stock Mustang sender, and fabbed a bracket to attach the Autometer sender to the tank closeout. I recently upgraded the stock fuel pump to a 255lph unit to deliver enough flow to the new crate engine.
