Drivetrain
I initially built the car using the 5.0 EFI engine from the donor car. After getting comfortable with it's performance, and needing another engine for my Mustang, I decided to buy a new Ford crate engine for the FFR. I used the GT40 intake, 24lb injectors, 70mm Accufab throttle body, 75mm Pro-M MAF, and a 255lph fuel pump. The engine is mated to the donor 5 speed manual transmission. The donor driveshaft is cut down to only 10.5", which is bolted to a 3.55 geared rear end.
