Brakes

I converted the four lug brake system to a five lug setup.  In the front, new rotors are all that is required.  In the rear, I'm using Cobra rear disk brakes, so I installed 5 lug axles from Richard Oben.  I'm also using his caliper brackets to mount the calipers.  I used preflared brake lines from the local auto parts store instead of flaring the lines that Factory Five supplies.  It was much easier this way, and the cost of the preflared lines vs. a quality flaring tool was virtually the same.  The master cylinder is a 95 Cobra unit, and the power brake booster is from the donor car.  I installed a Lokar emergency brake handle in the tranny tunnel, and used Lokar universal cables.
